These terms apply when you use our website mteco.com.au or buy products from MT Eco Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About us

MT Eco Solutions is an Australian, family-owned business based at 55-59 Norman St, Peakhurst NSW 2210. For our ABN and other business details, please contact us.

Products and pricing

  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices on the site are listed exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
  • We aim to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. If a price is materially wrong, we’ll contact you before processing the order.
  • Product images are indicative. Actual product may vary slightly in colour or packaging.
  • Stock is subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund, substitution or backorder.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. Any payment will be refunded in full.

Payment

  • We accept credit card, debit card and other methods shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway (WooPayments / Stripe). We do not store your card details.
  • For approved business accounts, we may offer invoice terms by separate agreement.

Delivery

  • We deliver across New South Wales. Sydney metro postcodes receive 48-hour delivery for orders placed before 2pm on a business day. Regional NSW typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
  • Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we’ll cover return shipping. Email sales@mteco.com.au with your order number, a photo of the damage or fault, and a short description.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery on the following conditions: the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging in a condition we can resell; you arrange and pay for return shipping back to our Peakhurst warehouse; and hygiene products, used cleaning machinery and custom or special-order items are not eligible. We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where items are not received in resaleable condition.

Items we can’t accept back (unless faulty)

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival: bamboo toilet rolls; bamboo facial tissues; hand paper towels; any opened or used hygiene or cleaning product; cleaning machinery that has been used or operated (scrubbers, blowers, etc.); and custom-made or special-order items.

How to request a return

  1. Email sales@mteco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and confirm whether we cover the return shipping (we do for faulty, damaged or incorrect items).
  3. Send the item to: MT Eco Solutions, 55-59 Norman St, Peakhurst NSW 2210.
  4. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take a further 2 to 5 business days to clear the funds on their side.

Bulk, wholesale and B2B orders

For bulk, wholesale or commercial orders, please contact us directly to discuss returns. We work with our business customers on a case-by-case basis and can usually accommodate genuine ordering or specification mistakes within 30 days, provided stock is unopened and in original condition.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Email sales@mteco.com.au as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, the change-of-mind process above applies.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, text, images, design) is owned by MT Eco Solutions or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of the site or our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
