What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide from our Peakhurst warehouse. Sydney metro orders placed before 2pm on a business day arrive within 48 hours. Regional NSW postcodes typically take 2 to 4 business days. Interstate delivery is available now, with freight quoted to your postcode.
How fast is delivery?
48-hour delivery across Sydney metro for orders placed before 2pm on a business day. Regional NSW typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Weekends and public holidays don’t count toward delivery time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all Sydney metro orders, with no minimum spend. Outside Sydney metro, freight depends on your postcode and the size of the order, so we quote it for you rather than guessing at checkout. Add what you need to your cart and we will send a delivery quote the same business day, or email admin@mteco.com.au or call 0455 149 711.
What is your minimum order?
There’s no minimum order. You can buy a single box of bamboo toilet rolls or stock a whole facility, with the same fast turnaround either way. All Sydney metro orders ship free, whatever the size. Outside Sydney metro we quote freight to your postcode.
How do I place a regular order?
Order through the website, or contact us at admin@mteco.com.au to set up a recurring supply schedule. We can match deliveries to your office’s weekly or monthly rhythm so you’re never short.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Wholesale discounts apply automatically once you hit the quantity threshold on each product. For larger volumes or recurring contracts, contact us at admin@mteco.com.au for sharper pricing.
Can I get a quote for large orders?

Are your products suitable for commercial and industrial use?
Yes. Everything in our range is selected for commercial and industrial environments, including offices, schools, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and cleaning contractors. Everything is packed, priced and delivered for commercial volumes rather than household quantities.
Are your products eco-certified?
Our bamboo toilet rolls are 100% FSC-certified bamboo, BPA-free, ECF (elemental chlorine free), packaged plastic-free and shipped with 100% carbon-offset freight. Certifications vary by product, with full details listed on each product page.
